Looks nice. One thing...you do need the holes in the windshield for proper airflow over the engine cooling head. Number one cause of overheated engines for new RCs is lack of proper ventilation. Number two cause...piss poor tuning and engine handling.

So...good job on the holes and keep up the good work.

Thanks, the reasen I said "didnt really need it" is because I have no real problem with over heating, the highest my temp has gotten was 280 and thats when i put the pipe on and didnt richen it a bit.

the holes still need some cleaning up, but Oh well.

Looks better than mine LOL its in a millions pieces in a box, Slight rebuild

Your braver than me, I'm scared to get to deep into mine. I have had motor/trans/halfshafts/servos off but thats all.

ohh yeah and wheels, pivot balls and all that stuff.

Yeah I decided to tear it down and replace all of the screws and anything else I can find wrong with it. Every time I ran it something would break, hopefully I can at least slow it down from breaking.

thats about how I'm going now, everytime i run it it breaks...today it was spur gear and halfshaft and also the chassis brace the other day it was the HSN of the carb.

Last run I bent and broke my Chassis! Broke both rear bulkheads lost my rear bulk brace and twisted my halfshafts lol. Most of that damage was from screws that where to short or stripped, I bought it used on ebay and dealing with someone elses mess lol. It should be in good shape when I get it done. I'm waiting for my aluminum bulks and then I'm going to start to put it back together and cross my fingers hehe

lol I broke my body in the same place used a zip tie also. I just used some JB Weld and it was fine hasnt broken since

280? It is a bit high. The last 2 mills I had will cut off when over 260. By the way, I never see that fail safe before :)

The black rims look sick when clean! I think I'm gonna dye my stockers black! Awesome truck.

bradshaw this is what a hyper 7 pcr looks like all torn down. Its half the fun rebuilding it.

haha, thanks people!

I will get brave one day and tear mine apart..It will probably be at my LHS going back togather haha.

MyJeep, I know its high, i cut it off and let it cool and its fine, only reasen it got that high is the new pipe and I didnt richen it.

Ohh yeah, and its a old fail safe I guess, I bought it with the truck and installed it. I thought since it wasn't installed it didnt work, but it does. The reasen he didnt have it on there is part of the servo plug was broke off in the reciever, a pair of twiesers(sp?) and it cam right out.

thanks again for the compliments!
