Hey guys and girls.
I was a big fan of Google Earth, and found it a bit fascinating.
I soon got annoyed however, with the fact that the images were like 3 years old......
Does anyone know of an updated version, or something similar, or even better is that there was a report of one in real time, which would be awesome....

They are constantly updating the pictures. It just takes a long time to photograph, ya know, the whole world. In order to do realtime, you would have to be on at the exact time the satelite is above your location you wana look at, and you have to have your own personal satelite.

We've been in our current house for 2 1/2 years and the image hasn't changed either. It still shows the old owners 4 cars and a pair of jet skis on a trailer. :P

yahoo has a birds eye view as well as some houses listed on real estate websites, (mine did on the HAR.com website)

I've also heard of terraserver but its been years since i used it, it may not be operational anymore.

i also find it extremely fascinating, still blows my mind what you can do with computers.

Hey guys just wondering why google earth wont work on my computer. It will start up and when i type in an address it goes really slow and can't do anything. I tried installing it again and that did nothing. Any ideas?

Just to add, I'm at my paps house with cable internet.
