hey guys, i have a new set of rims that i want to put on some other tires for my t-maxx. but i can't because the other tires are glued on to the rims. is there anykid of stuff that can take glue off without damaging the tire or the rims?

sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't but its free so try it at your own risk. put your tires and wheels laying flat on the bottom of a large pan, fill the pan with water till the water more than covers the tires. boil the water, once its boiling let it go for atleast 10 or 15 mins, just watch the water level so it doesn't burn your tires. as long as theres enough water to keep everything covered it will be fine though. gently peel the rubber away from the plastic. sometimes a little of the ca will still stick so if the tires are no good just use an x-acto knife and cut the rubber and you can trim it off of the plastic later. just be careful with chrome or gold plated rims because often times the plating will come off or dull from the heat and the mosture. also, if you keep a lid on the pan there is less water loss so you dont have to keep refilling the pan

heat your oven to 350 deg, once it is up to temp turn it off, put your tires on a cookie sheet or tinfoil, put them in the oven and let them sit in there for 20 min while the oven is cooling off, take them out and the tires will peel right off, I have done this several times with good results.

no, you only heat it to 350, then turn it off before you put them in.
