Yesterday I got a new glow plug and replaced my old one that I went through. I crushed the coil on the previous one out of nowhere. Now the new one I got yesterday had a crushed coil also. I think I flooded the engine on accident when I started it up again today, but I leaned it out a little more.
Anyways, yesterday I replaced my backplate too. I noticed some metal shavings in the crankcase. They were very fine, like from sanding a piece of metal. But could something like that cause the glow plugs to get crushed coils? I'm gonna try flushing the engine out and see if I can get anything out of it... Later...
