glow plugs burn up

my t-maxxs is a 2.5 i got a new carb. body for it and rebuilt the carb back to the factory tune and now its burning up my glow plugs and the temy only gets about 180 when the glow plugs burn up? I have gone through 4 glow plugs and they were all brand new?:\

If the engine is broke in and your at factory settings, your probably way too rich. Tune it.

4 turns out on the hsn. Flush with the outer ring on the lsn. You'll see what I mean when you look closely at the lsn.
