I just swapped my novarossi...got it going pretty good...BAM, glow plug craps out...switch it out...that one didn't work...bought two more...ran a tank, BAM crapped out

The first one was an O.S. second was some generic dynamite (some poop)

Any ideas? Just bad luck?

You need to describe the way the plug is blown...

For example is the coil smashed in? Is the coil all brown or burnt up looking? Things like that will help us determine what caused the problem.

Plugs blow for a number of reasons, so just saying it is blown won't help us help you.

You're running too lean. Adjust the needles accordingly and give it another go.

I'd say maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 turn to the richer might solve the problem, but at this point without knowing the engine (I'm not familiar with Novarossi engines other than knowing they are good ones), your needle settings versus factory presets, your outside air temps and humidity, it is hard to tell for sure. BUT you are definitely too lean.

Try a 1/2 turn, Dont wanna blow another Expansive OS plug, if ya know what a mean!
