this is pasted from another thread:
I run MC59's on all my rides. Being a hot plug, they help to keep my idle going. If you are using a lightened flywheel, you may want to use a hot plug since the lightened flywheel can make your idle rough. Whereas as a heavier one will help to sooth out the idle. For the Savage X, and its stock clutch, a MC59 would be fine

wow, this is really helpful...i never thought about a lighter flywheel making it harder to idle. i just bought an STS D30M, i have not even gotten to turn it over yet. i've got a vented clutchbell and flywheel...and i am going to be running MC-59's....do you think i'm going to have more trouble or less trouble that i did with my F4.1? thanks!

the "Salvage" resurection is nearly complete!

for somebody that as a savage...got some glow plugs called O.S glow plug no.8 and the guy at the hobby shop said those are good for the savage x, is it true ?

i run os 8 in my savages and allmy rc10gts with os eninges
