glow plug

i have a irvine 36 heli engine, and the glow plug keeps burning out, when you look at it the coil looks like it's been pushed in or is broken in the middle, they were number 3, it started the first and was fine then the engine stoped and would not start again, and every time i put a new plug in it burnt out, gone through 3 now and it hasnt even started since, any suggestions,
FOUND PROBLEM ALL WORKING OK NOW;

It mit be running to rich. Or it could be caused by over primming.
