i have a slayer pro and the coil in the plug keeps breaking does anyone make a aftermarket plug that might be better than the traxxas stock plug to fit the 3.3

Sounds like your running lean. A different glow plug won't make much of a difference. Your either very lean or have an air leak, causing temp spikes.

If the coil is actually missing a piece when you say "breaking", you'll need to remove the head and have a look inside. If you see little pits on the underside of the head and the top of the piston, you'll have to tear it down and completely clean it out. Bits of filament will bounce around and hit the new plug, knocking it out instantly.

thanks guys it was lean and i did tear it down did not see ay probleams

Defiently lean, richen it up and you should be good to go. I suggest the OS LC3 hot plug, they work excellent with our 2.5r and 3.3's
