Glow Plug on HPI 15FE

Hey all, first post.
Is there a torque rating as far as how tight the glow plug should be? I think my old one had fuel coming out around it when it was running.
I just installed a new McCoy #59 in it and want to try to keep the square head a little cleaner.

It's normal for a little bit of fuel to come out around the plug while running.
