I'm not to sure if this what I'm using is good for my 3.3 revo..
20% bluetunder and macoy#8..
runs good just dies on me after i let it idel for like 5 sec..but i do have new macoy8 plugs havent fire it up yet with the new plug..on weeked ill fire it up..
its been broken it with this also..should i stick with this?
what do you recommand?

is it bad to change a diffrent plug/fuel when its been broken in with that plug/fuel?

thanks guys:bow:

plugs you can change i do it all the time but unless u really wanna retune stick with the same nitro youve been running it on i have noticed sometimes my revo ill do the same thing all i do is turn the throttle trim on my tx uo a bit to make it idle higher

Blue Thunder makes less H.P than almost everyother fuel on the market. Not to mention they love to make a OWB slip. The two new racer blends are better than their previous blends. Believe me I have given them numerous tries, and I always keep coming back to my Trinity MHP fuel.
You can change fuels and glow plugs as often as you want or need. I do suggest you fatten the HSN and slowly retune to your new fuel.
Plugs, the MC-8 is a good one for low oil 30% nitro in Big Block engines. I have not used them in a 3.3 yet. I could see it possible causing early flameouts, but the extra RPM on top may be worth the hassle. Your call.
I have had the best luck in my 3.3 with the Traxxas super duty plugs and 20% Trinity MHP fuel. Once tuned properly I can idle for 8-10 seconds or so without major load up. At 200F she was rippin wheelies and holding off .28 powered truggy on the straightaway.
Just my opinions:hypno: Take em' for what their worth!lol

i always run a mc coy MC-59 plug in my revo and never had a problem with it. even here in florida it can get down to 60-65* and highs in the uppers 90s. I've just always heard it was good to run traxxas fuel in my traxxas engine. so thats what I've been doing. so far so good with my 20% top fuel

i run nothing but traxxas 20% in any vehicle I've had (jato tmaxx raze evader nitro mt) they all run great and I've put quiet a few hours on most of them got good balance of oils and burns great i run os a-3 or os 9 in my trucks

how many gallons of fule can a motor take before rebuilding the motor?

dose using a higher fuel % affect on how many gallons it will normaly use?

thanks:bow:

depends on how you take care of the engine, what engine you have, ect.ect. alot of variables in the question you ask.

Tell what engine do you have and you will probably get a better answer

yes higher nitro content burns different so you will decrease engine life

20% depending on the motor and how lean it runs at good temps id say 6-10 gallons
