So I'm still quite new to RC, and am very interested in racing my Revo. Just wondering what I can or should be doing to my truck to get it quicker around a track. A friend just showed me his new Lose 8ight 2.0 truggy and holy moly does that thing rip. Anything I can do to get closer to how a truggy drives? I've changed the tires out already, and am guessing a sway bar would do wonders for a monster truck. What else should I be considering while still realizing it's a monster truck?

I'd try a 15/40 gearing and close-ratio gear set for the transmission. Also a CD and rear brake for handling. Then experiment with suspension and diff fluids until you like the way it drives.

Thanks for the help, I've been looking into the suggestions. I'm picked out a couple of things I want to try, can you guys double check I'm not missing any pieces if I put in an order at my LHS.

Revo Sway Bar - 5498 - http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXTKJ0&P=ML
2 Speed Close Ratio Gears - http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXHGF6&P=7
Revo Centre Diff - 5414 - http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXMHP7&P=7
Rear Brake - 5417 - http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXMHR2&P=V

With the diff and brake those two are completely drop in? I assume the current brake becomes the front brake only then? Also, there are no extra drive shafts I need to order as well? Don't actually plan to order from Tower Hobbies, they just have nice pictures and quite helpful tech notes :D
