getting new truck

I am new to r/c cars and I am planning in getting a new truck. I am going to be driving it in the desert and a little on track. which truck would be best for me? I am debating between the t-maxx 3.3 and savage. The main thing i am looking for is reliability.

I have a Savage, it's been very reliable but handling needs a little help for driving good on a track. I don't have any experience with the T-Maxx.

T-maxx is outdated. It's Savage or Revo now. I have a Savage and it is tough as hell. Never been around a Revo. But reading what the guys are posting, it makes a great basher and it is good on the track. Go with a Revo.

which would bethe most reliable savage ss or the revo 3.3??

if reliability is what you want savage x ss. if racing is what you want revo 3.3. the sav is the best basher on the market but it is NOT a racer. good luck!
