On new engines the sleeve is VERY tight to the piston at TDC.
1- If you are giong to shut the turck down for a while always do as Jetmech said, turn the flywheel so that the piston is at BDC so that the sleeve doesn't seize to the piston when it cools down.
2- Until the engine is completely broken in (could take 10+ tanks of fuel) try to heat the engine before trying to start it for the first time. Especially in these cold temps. Hair dryer on High or heat gun are great ways to do this.
3- Make sure your not flooding the engine when your trying to start it. TOO much fuel causes a condition called hydrolock that will prevent the piston from fully reaching TDC and could cause it to get stuck. If this is the cause of the locking up, remove the glowplug, turn the truck upside down and give the rotostart a 1-2 second crank to eject the excess fuel through the glow plug hole. There are other less messy techniques but this is the fastest/easiest.
