Gearing

i just want to know what gearing everyone is using with the huge amounts of engines and gear combinations available.

I'm using a 52t spur and a 14t clutch bell with my s-25

i plan on swithcing to a 47t spur and an ofna vented 17t clutch bell

47/17 might be a bit high for the s-25.
what surface do you run your truck on?

what do you mean high?

i run on mainly grass, but some mulch and dirt

the s-25 might not get fall rpm. And it might not pull away that quick and might not get up hills and things.

why dont you just stay with 14/52...or try 15/52 thats what i use and it works well for me.

I think for the S-25 16 CB and 52t spur works the best

if you want wheelies you want a high gear ratio, so 52/14....52/13....or 52/12

Umm sounds like a potential problem for the vette. Please make sure permissiojns is given and all safety issues are taken care of. BE CAREFUL!!

when I had the S-25, I ran 16/49 gearing and that worked out really well for most surfaces. With an 18T clutchbell I ran really hot over anythig rough.

yea, and there goes my chance of ever driving a vette of my dads and we might get a new Z06 when the'yre out if my mom lets my dad blow the 70 grand
