Gearing questions

My revo has the picco.26 with a 15t clutch bell and a 36t spur gear. What would changing the clutch bell do as far as more or less teeth.i like top end,any ideas

Bigger clutch bell more speed little slower off the line smaller clutch bell faster of the line but overall speed suffers. Smaller Spur gear more speed little slower off the line bigger spur faster of the line but overall speed suffers.

I have an s27 and have had the best luck with the 17t CB. Works well with 36 or 38t spur.
Tried a 19t CB, but gave a little bit too much up on the bottom end for my liking.
