which one the spur gear or the clutch bell? If you are talking pitch I would stay the same 32 pitch size.
 
Well If you go with a taller Clutch bell and spur you increase the top end and decreasing the Clutch bell or SPur gear you increase the Low end( Punch). I prefer the low end to mid range. Hope this helped.
