Gear Shifting Problem.

I Am Facing A Problem With The Transmission.my Savage Does Not Move To Second Gear. My Rpm, Engine Temp Are Alomst As Per Manual.
What Could Be The Problem.

Read the manual some more where it talks about adjusting the shift points.

use an allen wrench to adjust the shift points.
dont make big adjustments, go a little at a time.

if no luck, disassemble the transmission and inspect the 2 speed set up in it.
make sure nothing is worn significantly
make sure there isnt anything broken also

Does it shift at 1/2 throttle, but not at full?

If it does, your slipper might be too loose.

it has never shifted since the time i have installed the reverse module.

If it shifted ok before the reverse module I would suggest that you open up the tranny and double check everything.
