On my way home tonight, I seen it at the gas station i always fill up at for $1.99

i saw $1.79 today at kroger :

We make it here as well and we still have the highest gas prices of the lower 48.

Out here in El Paso, TX gas is higher than the rest of the state and we have two refineries right here in the middle of town. Funny thing is we pipe fuel out to Phoenix where gas runs 20 cents cheaper. Go figure...

$2.19 on long island - and for all of you that think you're getting robbed at $5 a gallon the prices were kept artificially low for far too long. and the oil companies make very little, the only reason they make any money is due to the volume of oil.

It 1.87 down here, I wanted to stop pay for 10.00 and run it out on ground for shits and giggles. But I am involed with the Hazmat Team in our erea and my boss wouldn't find that funny.

it's sooo weird. I remember saying (earlier this year when it was near $4 for premium) I remember whenI could fill up for $17. It's absolutely ludicris that the price jumps that drastically over such a short period of time. I've said it before and I'll say it again.... supply and demand my a$$!
