$2.10 as of about an hour ago for the cheap stuff... got a half a tank in my durango for $15! Whooo yeah!

We hit $1.69 this weekend. Suddenly my full-size pick-up doesn't force me to take out a loan to fill it up. :D

Does anyone else think the gas prices having gone as high as they did may be some kind of conspericy:\:\:\:\?????? .... It seems to be following president Bush:whhooo::whhooo:

he had a plan and that was to store all of our oil and use over seas oil so when they run out we will sell them our oil and maybe come out of debt

I'm not so sure about that. Our oil reserves arent even big enough to satisfy us, much less sell it for debt reasons

thats what his plan was but it wont work for 1000s of years

Thousands of years? I think most estimates now are 40 years but that depends on new technologies and new deposit discoveries.

One thing for sure--the Middle East will eventually run out. It is said that they are tapping their last reserves now but that is hear-say. I really don't know.
I don't understand our dependence on foreign oil save to say that drilling here has become too expensive for the oil companys to make a profit unless oil is about $85 a barrel. That is why you don't hear everyone talking about domestic production now--the price went too low. But, it will be going back up.

Still in the 2's here

$2.13 in SUNNY TUCSON, AZ.

Interresting, my area in Texas is usualy high but the cost is some where around 2.13 as well. The interresting part is when I staied in Tucson this past summer, the fuel there was about .10-.20 cheaper than my area. It's now the same. Anyhow, I think this will be short lived.

i was at 1.85 last weekend.. you would think it would be cheeper here.. we MAKE IT here!!!!

its even cheeper in pasadena, by like 30c most of the time.

We make it here as well and we still have the highest gas prices of the lower 48.

I filled up today for $1.59 a gallon.

I wouldn't be surprised to see it $3.00 a gallon by next summer.:\
