Well, I tried it and failed. I had enough speed for sure, Just didn't have enough lip on the jump.
I didn't post pic's because there was nothing to see, and I dont know how to post video, so thats out. Just had to replace a couple of slots on the siding.
Is there a standard degree of lip for a 15 ft jump?
I don't want it to go strait up either. The garage is 10 ft wide.
Any suggestions on the ramp?

I never made a vid. It was on a whim. Just went outside with my maxx, my sons little bike ramp that I made him was sitting there, and I said WTF and went for it.
Suprizingly enough, nothing broke that I could see. It hit dead on with the front TI skid plate.
I WILL try this again. And I will have someone record it.
Thanks for the video links.

lol... i hate being having head colds... for some reason i thought u had a vid. o maby it was
and I dont know how to post video, so thats out.
well next time get a vid of it and post it up. have fun. i have one of those plastic BMX ramps and they work great for a quick ramp. if i want more air, i just stick a cement block under the front of it, or tool box, or rock or w/e i can find that will boost the height.

You know, I thought of that just before you posted that!
Tomorrow, I'll plank it up.
lol, I'm laughing already. I hope I get it right the first time. I just had new gutters put on the garage. I would hate to hit it.
I might just go to my fathers house on Saturday and jump his garage. His garage is old.

there doesn't happen to be any windows, are there? lol. smash. when u do it, if u make or if u dont, its gona be sweet if u have a vid. lol. we want carnage... lol. maby u should buy a micro video camera to put in ur truck, they are only like $60 at www.rcboyz.com

i am thinking of jumping my garage also, and dont worry if i do i will have a cam, i am planning to use a large bmx ramp we have (almost 1/4 pipe) and using my 1/8 scale street buggy tires, and the gearing setup of 22/64. and also i need to have some dough before i do it, because if i miss, or i make it and hit the asphalt on the other side, ohh... bad bad thing...

You need a 1/4 skate launch ramp like they used in the House Jumping With Josh Cryul video.

if you don't want it to go and land on the asphalt on other side, aim the ramp almost straight up and try to LAND it on the second story of the house. Now that would be skill and keep taping so we can all see how you get it down from the 2nd story roof. You could call the fire department and instead of saying "my kittys stuck on the roof" you could tell them your t-maxx is stuck on your roof.
