wat make of touring car are they? i recently purchased 1 of ebay for £60 and all it needs is a new shim on the engine ,its been upgraded from a .12 2 speed to a .15 2 speed id like to no if ther any good too

Never seen one of those before. Sounds like a local brand to me. Probably a fun little basher for a beginner, but I wouldn't suggest trying to race it, oh, and good luck on the parts for it (no, seriously, good luck. try seeing what other companies parts will fit so that you won't be stuck without a ride should you break a suspension arm or something.) Hope you have fun with it
