Right wich fuel would be best to use on a 4wd buggy with a 28 size SH engine ? O'Donnell 30% or Tornado 25% or Werks Racing Fuel 30% When i say best I'm not think of just performance But waht it will do to my engiine :\

Well, The more % the nitro is the more oil it has. More oil makes it run more hot. if I were you I would stick with what you broke the engine in with, or the last brand and percent fuel you used. If your stuck because the nitro costs are so high up there and want to switch to a different percent/brand, drive how you broke in the truck for afew tanks.

That's one goofed up post! If you don't know, please refrain from posting garbage like that.

Nitro percentage and oil content are two totally different things. Oil is the lubricant, more oil does not raise engine temps.
Nitro is a very harsh chemical and using a higher content can shorten engine life a LITTLE. But it also depends on your tuning and driving characteristics too.
Of the 3 you listed I only have experience with O'Donnell. It's good fuel, I've read that the Tornado is good also but haven't heard anything on the Werks fuel.
IF those are the only options then if racing a lot, I'd go with the O'Donnell. Bashing and racing still O'Donnell. Bashing only, whatever is cheapest!

BTW you can check the mfg recommendations for fuel in their engine. Most .28s can run those %s with no problems.
