it depends on what engine your talking about. I'm asuming your talking about a traxxas engine, so it wouldnt hurt it at all, you just might have to re tune it a lil. they dont recomend you swithching back and forth with different brands & %'s.

my story
I'm running me os.30 in my revo on bluethunder 20% was running about 220 with killer killer power. after breakin and final tune. i went to 30% bluethunder. and temps went up to 250. holy poop power was crazy.

but like post above said dont go back and forth. engines dont like it much the fuel % to lube % seems like after you go up in % they can handle it but when you go down its not to good.
