I recently got into the hobby and bought more fuel than i thought i would need. I purchased a gallon of fuel in august to get me started and then purchased another gallon in september since i bought my savage xl. The fuel stays in my basement in a closed box which is under another box to protect it from my basement floor. The fuel has not even been open yet and i was wondering if it would be ok till next season? Since it's november in western new york, my nitro rc season is pretty much over. Thanks for the advice in advance. Steve

As long as temp is low and you keep the sun off it can be used for at least 12 months.... However the nitro will degrade a little bit meaning there is less power.

Also waterproof your rig and run it in winter...
