Ok so... I finally got my pullstart hooked up.. its tore up my hands pretty bad at this point.. But here is the problem. Fuel is not moving through the lines. I have to take the line from the exhaust and blow through it for fuel to get to the engine even when I got it running. The engine only stays on for 1-2 seconds because there is no more fuel getting to it after I blow through the line... I took the engine how last week and did a one over on it because I was having this problem before... WTH do I do? What is causing there to be no fuel coming through the lines? The engine only stays on as long as I'm blowing fuel through the lines. Once I stop the engine stops.

I am thinking about getting a new tank. I hate the stock tank as is... It leaks but I didnt know it would stop the fuel from coming through the line. What are my options for tanks out there? I know GH racing as some aluminum ones but they are expensive...

Any other suggestions on what might be causing it to not flow? Nothing with the engine its self right?

And thanks for the the glove thing... I now have 2 blisters on each finger. =P

The fuel tank isnt leaking anymore. So I am confused...

Ok so it seems my LSN was completly closed as... well... I tigtened it not knowing it was the low speed needle.. I was under the impression the LSN was a different needle.. *sigh* So I opened it a bit and tried my hand again. Now I can't get it to even start ignite. I pulled out the glow plug and the top coil isnt turning orange but the second coil is... do I need a new glow plug now? I wish this poop wasent so frustrating or confusing to newbies. I really need help getting this sucker running. I am new and there is no hobby shops in my town... literally none so my only hope is you guys.

the first thing i would start with is putting you HSN and LSN back to factory settings and go from there. . .its the easiest troubleshooting you can do once you get them back to factory settings start to tune from there once you get it running make sure you drive it a little bit to get the fuel moving and get the temperature up before you start to tune it

When in doubt, change the glow plug. If you were running it with the lsn closed, chances are it's burned up. Got back to factory settings like rob said, but don't over prime it. If the engines broke in, start your settings about an hour shy of factory. Also, when you pull on the recoil, kind of mimic the motion of curling a dumb bell. Don't yank it like a mower. Short, snappy curls, keeping the rope as straight as you can from where it exits the recoil. You'll get 'er. If it floods, take the plug out, hold it upside down and turn the engine over until no fuel spits outta the engine. Then let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

A cracked header pipe will also give you all sorts of issues. I had one and couldn't reallt tell... It was a hair line crack right next to the engine flange... Bought a Spring mount header to solve the problem.

If the header is cracked, the ngine won't prime correctly, and when running, will run Lean
