Fuel line bubbles

So I've been having a hard time re-tuning my savage 4.6, i recently just replaced all of the fuel lines, but i noticed that there are air bubbles in the line. Could this be the cause of my tuning problems? What should i try to get rid of the bubbles?

You need to track down the source of the bubbles.


Leak test your fuel tank.

+1 on that. I would say check the lid first. The rubber seal may be bad or need tightening.

Air in fuel lines will surely give you tuning problems! after the tank check the inline fuel filter (if you have one) for splits in the line near the nipples on each side (in/out). and check to make sure it is completely tightened together (check O ring seal as well).
find the air leak and you'll see a vast improvement in the engine!
