I bought a fuel filter and naturally it doesn't show you what the fuel direction is.

I think the input is on the right (from the tank) and the output (to the motor) is the left. At least I think that's what I've seen on other small engine fuel filters.
Which way does this go?
 
look at the ends of it, one end will have a black O-Ring on it. Put the fuel line from the tank on the Black O-ring side. Thats how mine goes
 
Run it with the hollow end to the engine, that way the crud collects on the outside where you can see it, and a shot from an air hose to the inside will blow it clean.

I really hate being 14 time zones away so by the time I get to the post they are all solved....but I agree with Rolex.....lol
