I ordered me a dynamite big daddy fuel filter for my new savage today and I was looking at the truck and it seems like I'm a bit limited as to where to mount it with the holder it comes with. Do you all mount the bracket/holder to something or just let the filter hang on the line with no bracket? I would think mounting the bracket somewhere to keep it still would be best; but where do you mount it? I haven't ran the truck yet, so I figured that for 7 bucks it'll be cheap insurance for the longevity of the engine. Thanks.

It's not the big daddy, but mine is strapped to the rear shock tower. I haven't had any problems with it there.

Thanks. I was kind of thinking that would be the only place to mount.
