RC Driving Style
I'm new to the nitro hobby. And iv got a FTX Carnage NT and a Tomahawk bx. Both needing work. I'm looking forward to the project and getting an understand about the cars and hobby. But was just wondering which car is a better foundation to start with? Someone with better knowledge could direct me on to the better car. Thanks in advance

Since you're new to the hobby and with that being said your driving skills might not be there, you're going to be breaking things. The thunder tiger(which is owned by team associated) seems to have better parts support with towerhobbies which does ship internationally. Also before you decide what's best for you, consider which parts you can get a hold of locally this way when you do break something, you can get the parts you need and not have a lot of downtime.

Iv checked both and a local shop stocks majority parts for both. So just wanted an idea of which car is better to start with? Which 1 holds better value which 1 is faster more robust etc. thanks for the reply

Unfortunately RC vehicles don't hold value well at all, you'd be lucky to get 30-50% back in resale.

Ok I understand that. Better question would be what car would give better end results? Which car is worth putting money in?

IMO I would drop the coin into your TT rig because of the relations of Team AE, and I never really hear bad things about them

I'm not at all familiar with the FTX Carnage NT but judging by the lack of parts available on ebay, I'm guessing they're just another flash in the pan.
Thunder Tiger has been around for close to 35 years with plenty of replacement parts available so that's the choice I'd go with.
