Since when did they make a rally kit for the NITRO tc3?

The rally kit for the electric WILL NOT fit the ntc3...the layouts are the same, but the parts on both cars are WAY different

That rally kit is for the TC3 (electric) I know from experience. I got it thinking it was for the NTC3.
