I got this in a trade and havent really ran it much i believe 5 times since i got it and the guy i got it off said he only had 10 runs on it, so it should basically have no more than 20 runs on this car in total..

the main reason why I'm selling this is because i already have a NTC3 and i have no need for 2 touring cars, this car is in great condition and comes with everything seen in the pics..

here are the mods that have been done to the car...

hollow shafts
CF center brace..
HPI bearing kit for the steering..

It will also come with a RD Logics pipe and header..
hpi r40 clutch.
motor mounts.

ill take $220 for it..

shiping will be $15 lower 48 only..

I have seen this car run in person before the engine was taken out. It is a clean car and handles very well. Throw it up on a hudy board for final settings and she's a performer. Joey is an honest seller and I can vouch for this car's cleanliness and value.

BTW, it has the front diff instead of the one-way (you forgot to add that in, Joey!)

Thats super nice!!! how fast are those on-roads anyway?....

i forgot about that thanks for reminding me diver, there pretty fast but it depends what motor you run in it also...

With proper gearing, his R40 was doing well into the low 50's but that was with a modded engine. Please keep in mind, I am only estimating based on how he was trying to keep up with my serpent and we were not on a track so kinda hard to guage the speed. One thing for sure, it's quick! Throw in the OS 12tz (at the very least) and you'll have a great performer that is easy to tune. Throw in the Sirio Evo3 and stand back!

RossB races an R40 and he loves it. Very fast and parts aren't AS expensive as my serpent710, that's for sure! Also more readily available since it is an HPI product.

The smoothness of the belt and easy driveability of the front and rear diff makes this a great on-road to grow with. As you advance and want to get a little bit more of a change, throw the oneway in there but be carefull. You ahve to change your driving style and do everything you normally WOULDN'T DO ... such as run with almost no brakes and power through the curve to correct the car's line or keep it in line ...

The R40 is a good car and with the hopups that joey is including ... as well as the adjustable clutch (centax aka push type) and pipe ... it's a steal of a deal.

i also forgot to mention it has the HPI bearing kit for the steering...

someones gotta jump on that deal!!!..if i wasn't getting a plane...I would!!!

Throw some wings on the R40 and see if it'll take off on a fast straight!

You want to sell the clutch seperate?

I just dropped some cash on a new truck, I'm tapped out. Besides, I would also have to buy a new engine. But hell ya, It's a damn nice car.

Bump,Really nice car,if i had the money, that would be on my doorstep for sure.
