Its all good! I never asked for Buggyracer28 to pay for the work and I even said at one point that if it still runs backwards I will send it back and he will at least have rebuilt diffs and would not be charged for that but would have to pay the $ to ship it back.

No 2 trades are ever the same and things come up. I wish I had know about the problem then I would have thought twice about it.

I took it upon my self to attempt to at least have a look as to why it was going backwards and knew it would take some time.

There was a little misunderstanding by a sentence I wrote that could be taken several different ways. I meant it one way he took it the other.

We worked it out and got the deal done - I am happy with it now and hopefully he is too.

I don't think paypal has to clear. The only reason that you have to wait 3-4 days is to put it take the money from paypal and put it into the bank which you don't need to do yet cuz the money is right there in paypal..... You don't need to wait for it to clear yet.

Yes you do if your pp account is set up with your checking account it takes 3 to 4 days to clear it called an echeck.. you need to verify your bank account.. intill then it takes that long .
I have mine set up so the money is instant..

It is a echeck and will wait for it to clear before shipping - thats standard practice and recommended by paypal
