The tranny I have is shot...needs a rebuild..........your best bet is Ebay...they sell stock and FOC ones there for cheap.....if you are going BB you might want to just get the case and build one from robinson metal gears as I tore up two or three sets of stock gears with my Picco .26 on that very chassis.

How did you guess what engine was going in the monster? I got such a good deal on one that I couldn't resist. I guess I'll try fleabay.

The Picco is a good choice....be patient when you tune and be ready to re tune at the drop of ANYTHING.......those Italian mills are finicky.....but the power band is worth it. You already have a notch in that cage to make it fit in ....I used a NOVA racing cooling head so it should be plenty clearance.
