I'm selling my iPod, It is the 10GB version. It holds about 1000 songs. I got it for Christmas and never use it. I used it 4 times on my Winter trip to West VA. It comes with all nessicary hardware, software and headphones. I can assure you that it is in EXCELLENT condition and has no scratches or wear on it. This model sells for 320$ NIB. So i am selling it for less because well its slightly used. The price is 285 Shipped Or best offer. And i will take all offers into consideration. Thank you for looking!

By the way, there are some songs on there. Like 48 , if you want i can include those and any others you want. I'll pay for them, There only 25c were i download and IT IS LEGAL

yeah it is Mac and P.C compatible, make sure you have windows XP home or professional. Others may work to. You can't get to the batterys but why would you? Its a rechargable lithium ion battery. Approx. playing time is 6 hours per charge.

I'm not sure, i got it in january and it has about 4 uses on it. it comes with all hardware and software. the battery lasts a long time before you have to charge. it lasts for appox. 8 hours. 250 shipped. obo. are you interested?
