just fried everthing the hump pack caught fire burned the control, servos, switch, and the charger switch. I'm so pissed and i dont have the $$ to replace. i just got a brand new sts.30 and pipe. and was break it in it had rain the day before but the sun was out and it seemed dry but about tank two i hit a little puudle not much but some water splased and before the end of tank three i lost all control!! thank god for a good return spring cause it came to a nice easy stop. ran over shut it down and it was still smokin open the battery box and every thing was fried..
so what could have happen??

Water shorted out your radio system. Or the battery wires shorted somehow. I'd waterproof your radio gear to avoid this problem in the future. Even if you don't plan on hitting the mud or snow. When you put it back together, watch for pinches in all of the wires and make sure they won't rub on anything that could wear off the wire insulation.
