Front wheels turning opposite of Back wheels

I pulled the tranny out to replace a broken gear on the Primary shaft assembly.

Now, with tranny in, the front wheels are rotating in opposite direction from the

rear wheels. Question, should the output shaft turn the same direction for

both rear and front? Is it possible that I have one of the diff.s installed upside

down? Thanks for your suggestions.

yep ...you have a diff in the wrong way ...i think we all did that at least once

Yep, one diff is definitely in upside down.

that sucks. diff is in wrong. but to keep that from happening, try making marks on the diff that shows top and bottom. i did this with a utility knife, and I've had no more backwards diffs.
