Why is it there are no videos on how to remove the front end to get to the diff? Can't seem to get enough clearance to pop the Diff out

Pics or a video? Might help.
Usually it's remove the A block for the front suspension pins. And any screws going in or through the diff case. If you have a sway bar you will need to take that out too
