Has any tried this yet? I'm masking my current project with it and was wondering about other's results.

Isn't the frog tape the one that has that adhesive that gels to seal edges i would be worried about residue left behind.Just a thought.:D

Frog tape? Wasn't it lunch for DUCK tape? :D
Make sure it's intended as a masking tape rather than something permanent. I would do a test with it before putting it to use on a project.

Looking at that video it looks like any kind of moisture will cause the compound to gel. I don't have any problems with regular blue painters tape.

I'll definitely try a roll. I always use the 1/8 Tamiya plastic tape on the edge since it's so smooth and flat. Then I mask next to that.

I have used frog tape for indoor house painting, worked very well compared to blue. Didnt have to press the sides down a bunch to keep it from seeping. BUT I would be worried about adhesive being left behind on lexan, might now even be visible until you painted over it.

That's the reason I use the thin plastic tape first. On a wall, a tiny bit of bleed is not noticeable, but on a small part, viewed close up, it's a major issue.
