Hello everyone,
I hope you are having a great day/night, afternoon/morning.

Anyone using these?

I saw that they were giving some away
here.
But only if you are a Star holder there, can you enter their draw.

There sure are a lot of nice ones.

My question though:
When applying any skinz to your radio (transmitter) are the original factory stickers and emblems removed first, or do these awesome skinz be applied over them?

Thanks for any knowledgable info.

I've ordered some from Freq for my 4pk a long time back, had them customized with my sponsors, favorite forums and my user name, was well worth the coin and they fit like a glove. He does fantastic work.

hi slowngreen,
Thanks, Any pics?
Ah, but do they go over the factory stickers on my DX3s, or are they best with a clean install? I'd like do do up a nice show body, start out on a new clear body, or carbon body, even better...

Heres a couple pics. If you have skins on your radio now, just slowly peel them off, if any residue is left on, Id say so dab at it with Goo Gone and it'll come off after a bit of scrubbing.

Hi slowngreen,
Funny thing is, that was the same skinz style I liked, with the tire tread...
Although, the Carbon Fibre style really has my eye focused too...
Thanks for sharing an upclose perspective and personal experience.
It's great to see how they look once applied.

Here's a pic from another makers skinz.
I really like that Carbon Fibre look.
