It really works,

I had to do it 2-3 times to get it perfect.

If I do it to many times, can my pipe crack or expand too much?

ummm.... whats the freezer trick?
Fill your pipe with water and plug the inlet and stinger and put it in the freezer. When the ice forms inside it should expand and pop out any dents.

You also need to plug the pressure line hole, I put fuel tubbing on and tied a knot.

hmmm....my savage pipe is a little dented, and I'll be bored tommorrow, so I think I'll try it... :) What can I use to plug the holes?

I took a towel, folded it up, twisted it, and stuck it in the stinger, then put fuel tubing on the pressure line port and tied a knot.

I then filled it with water and used some more folded/twisted towels to cover the rear opening.

I did it twice, it was good after the second time.

I did it three times just incase.

yes you can deform your pipe if you do it too long......I'm sure the ammount of water you use will affect this too as it's what will deform your pipe

my friend did a JP-1 and it deformed the pipe so bad it ran like swamp ass.....sucks cause he only used it for 20 mins when someone T-boned him....new pipe DONE!
that was from over doing it obviously, but yes you can mess it up...I think he left it overnight filled 3/4 full.....it mushroomed the end of the pipe real bad

lol, for mine to cap it off, I used an antenna topper (rc) for the fuel line thing, my glow plug ignitor for the cap, and a wine bottle stopper thing for the big hole, lol.....damn...I should've just used a cork...stupid me...
I just put it in an hour ago, so I'll see later tonight how it turns out...

The ice can deform the inside baffle of a dual stage pipe.

Ya, I thought that could happen, but luckily my savage pipe is completely hollow...

Edit: Just checked up on it, dent is GONE! there's still a tiny little one, but its not enough to effect performance or complain about...

I have one in the freezer as we speak.
Ill give you the details later.

well i tried it 3 times with me jp-1 pipe and it didnt take none of the dent out i think the pipe is too thick and suggestions

more water in the pipe...if it can't fill up the spot w/ the dent and expand from there it won't do you any good...
