I wouder if this gel is like the Tamiya threadlock. I like the Tamiya stuff because it stays gummy and doesn't harden up.

I'm not sure what size they will be... first one to get theirs chime in here with a review

I put in Andys graphix for my buisness..lol.. They might be kinda puzzled to see why a Graphics buisness would need thred lock, but o-well..lol.. But yeah, keep us posted to whoever gets there sample!

So... what brand of threadlock do guys use? I'm not sure what i use and its required... and my threadlock is ALL THE WAY to my workshop... lol.

Nvm... I got off my lazy ass and got it lol. I use Pacer (i think thats what it says on my tl, the label's kinda ripped.

i ordered one last night and one tonight. when i peoped in there last night i noticed on the bottom "(Permatex reserves the right to restrict sample orders to qualified users.)" can they not give us our thread locker. do the people at permatex who manage their samples care who gets how many samples?

I'm fairly certain ill get at least one. i put in the name of the machine shop i work in. for threadlock i currently use i put in loctite brand. i have one comming to my house under my name, one to my parents under my sons name, and i may order one under a pets name and have it shipped to work.

Did anyone receive there free sample??

I never did. Off the top of my head I can't remember whom, but somebody started another thread not too long ago on the aftermath of this. It seems like those of us who didn't enter a business name or address didn't receive any. Some of those who put in their business or company got their sample. Kinda pissed me off to be honest. I mean, it's obvious that the sample was geared toward industry users but I thought it was kinda shady that they wouldn't send out samples to others who wanted to take them up on their "offer".

I put a buisness addy in their.
Didn't get it...Oh well.

I'm wondering if they looked at the referring link to the sign up form and decided that we were all just leaches looking for free stuff.

We are. But the thing of it is that what they are doing is trying to promote their product. It just seems like they are only targeting businesses or people who use it in their business. But what about all of the millions of people who use threadlocker for non-business use. I'm sure pound for pound they/we are just as brand loyal as the businessmen. I dont' think their website said anything about having to be in business. They inferred it but didnt' draw a line. Now they're ignoring potential future sales. This is a big :thumbdown in my book. If I'm not good enough for their free sample then I'll just stick to Loctite. It's only their loss.

I also put a buisness name and addy in there and never got any. I even tried my dads small engines buisness, and he never got any either... Fockers... Shoot em a email..lol..
