Four Wheel Steering issues

I just installed a four wheel steering kit on my RTR AX10 and am having issues. The car steers both wheels in the same direction meaning the car simply drifts and doesn't actually turn if that make since. I've done some homework and it appears that I need a "mixer" to make the rear servo turn in the opposite direction. My local hobbie store (Hobby People) was no help what-so-ever so I'm asking here in hopes the true experts can clear this up.

Is the mixer the item I'm really looking for and if not what am I missing?

Yes, you need a servo reverser.

2nd and 3rd items depending on which servos you are running.
