force .26 moto anyone taken one of the shims out?

has anyone tried to pull one of the shims out of this moto?
what was your result i think i'm gonna see if the piston will still clear the plug....let me know if you tried it.....

just wondering if it will clear the plug i know compression will increase.
guess i'll just do like on a real motor and pull the shim turn over by hand and see if the piston stops....if anyone has actually tried this let me know any pro's and cons....

watch ur mills temp! I did it on my old pro 15. Also what type of fuel are you running? If it is 30% you might what to drop down to 20%. and a cooler plug. check ur plug after you run it to make sure it not detanate , you don't want the plug element to fall and mess up ur p&s

you wil foul plugs much faster due to higher compression and you temps will also rise

id leave it. If you want some more power use some 30% fuel if your not already.

my force .26 came with 3 shims, i pulled one out and it runs excellent,the engine also has a few mods and the carb, i run byron 2000 race formula 20%, 2 shims, nova racing cooling head,and the temp stays around 245 degrees by the time it runs out of gas, but if i use blue thunder 20%,the engine temp will get up to 260-265 degrees, can anybody tell me why?

oil contents of the fuel, the way its blended etc
