in a touring car should the foam tires be softer in the frount or rear

It varies. When I was running my Serpent Impact I normally ran 35s up front, and 30s rear. Its like springs and shock oil. Diff track/driver diff setup. If you go to mytsn.com you can learn alot of good onroad stuff.

For all my set ups, I always have the front harder than the rear.
