Hello does anyone know if the flysky gt5 transmitter/receiver will work with a 1/10 scale nitro touring car?

Yes it will work. It's a good radio heard nothing but good things about it. Also can't go wrong with the price.

Good to know. Just got it a few days ago. Loving it so far on my Arrma typhon and tc5. Going to add it to my Kyosho fw-06

I run the gt3 version on my nitro's ,an including my street cars ,I have no issues ,still works after 10 yrs!...

Just don't leave batteries in it for long periods of time when off, It's draws power when off. I found that out the hard way. I went to use after a few weeks and batteries were dead. I switched to a Lipo and disconnect after usage.
