I have a tmaxx 2.5 that i just finished putting front bearings in. It fired right up and ran good, i made one pass up the road and back and it died. flooded, to the point that it wouldnt run. the engine is missing the oring on the header and the header is actually kinked. do you think this may be the issue? it is almost as if the carb is over fueling, even only 3 turns out.

Depends how kinked it is.....could be a definate issue.

But you know what happens when you put your finger over the exhaust right? It kills the engine FAST.

Its not that kinked. Ill try to get a picture tomorrow.

changed over the header and gasket from my 3.3, now it wont start. i think its done.
