What mah and cell does it need to be?

I was looking into that. The maunal says E-Flight offers 11.1 Volt 3 Cell packs but warns that the increased voltage will wear the motor faster (requiring a change to a 370 main motor and an 8 tooth pinion). The NiMh cells are 9.6 volt. So I guess somewhere in that range?

Look at the Turnigy's from hobbyking. Thats all I use in everything now without ever a complaint. The 1000mah 4s packs I run in my Bully were only $10 each! Not sure how big mah you need but their cheap and real nice packs. Shipping is either cheap and slow or expensive and kinda quick so it helps to make it worth your time while ordering from them and just buy a bunch of packs.

Wrong thread but what esc are you running on your crawler? If your gonna be running lipo on it, and want to do a servo/battery mount on the front axle, pick up some 1300-1500 mah 3s packs while your at it.

It has the Sidewinder in it. Charlie threw in two Mystery 1500 mAh 3S packs. It currently has an over-axle tray but I am waiting for Joe to ship me a red one. Gonna get rid of all the orange and go red. Got my Rock Rings and Color Kit today!

Ok, well check this out, if you are still needing a high torque servo, turnigy has a titanium geared one thats 347 oz at 6v and 430 at 7.4v, so you would have to have a bec but the cool thing is, they're only $60!

Charlie really gave me a good deal I think. The kit included the Sidewinder ESC, an Integy 45t motor, CC BEC, the Mystery packs, and a Hobbico CS170 Digital servo.Sound good to you?

Oh ok ya, your good to go. I just look for other things to buy when I order from them. Maybe you can get one of them bomb making holder tools :hehe:

That is some funny stuff right there! Thanks for the help, Lloyd. Gonna need you on speed-dial what with the new heli and all the upgrades I am going to be doing to the crawler. Not going dig yet but just got a Venom 3 Channel TX/RX (felt FM would be okay for me--just gonna bash it) with EPA's for when I do add it.

Yep, the Turnigy's are what I would recommend too. I'm about to order some for the little MSR myself.

Must..........stay..........away..........from............HK 450 kit...........:hehe:
