Warranty Information:
FlexTek RC warrants its Titanium suspension arms to be indestructible under normal operating conditions. FlexTek RC will repair or replace, free of charge, any product manufactured by FlexTek RC found to be defective under normal customer usage. Normal customer usage entails a wide scope of operating conditions that are encountered in your normal everyday RC operation such as rocks, trees, curbs, limbs, other RC vehicles, normal size jumps / bumps and any other stationary objects that your RC might come into contact with. Product returns must be preauthorized and returned via prepaid freight to FlexTek RC with a brief but thorough explanation of how the failure occurred. Upon receipt of the product it will be examined and a determination of failure will be made based on the condition of the product along with a review of the customers explanation. Any components that have been altered or modified from the original supplied design are not subject to return and warranty is void. The warranty does not cover any associated liability or damage resulting from normal or abnormal use of FlexTek RC components. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty either expressed or implied.
FlexTek RC titanium suspension arms must be installed as a pair of arms, meaning one upper and one lower on the same wheel. Mixing with different manufactured products voids the FlexTek RC warranty.
Supplied hardware: Any associated hardware (bushings, screws, pins, etc.) included with your FlexTek RC titanium suspension arm purchase are not covered under our indestructible warranty.
