lol ok sooooooo I havent been here forever and figured I would share what I have been doing besides riding.

Got a 46G Bowfront tank I made a decision to go Reef I am really happy with the progress. Alot of the stuff is "frags" and will grow MUCH bigger.

First setup of the Live rock and stuff....

After about a month or so....

Yesterday Added a bunch of rock and corals...

Emerald crab...

Serpant star

Bangi Cardinal fish. you can also see a sponge, torch coral and some green star polyps

Trumpet which is finally splitting and making a new head

Red plate Monti and a mushroom

Feather Duster

Eagle eye zoas which arent open all the way for some reason....

Looks great man. I'd love to get a nice set up like that, too much moving for now. The closest I had was the shop Piranha in Okinawa, other than that it was one of those fighting fish from Wal-Mart.

What kind of lighting are you running? Cost of that along with the sump is the biggest reason I didnt go reef again on my big tank.

Running metal halide right now but I think I'm going to switch to led.


I don't race. Just ride for fun. Thinking about racing next month though.
